Trafalgar Park Community Hub

A welcoming community facility in the heart of Trafalgar.

Previously known as the Trafalgar Park Bowls Club.

The Hub sits beside McGregor Park, next to the tennis courts and the swimming pool. It is home to a number of regular community groups and a central place for people of all ages to connect and take part. It is also available for private hire, at reasonable rates, because it is managed and maintained by local volunteers.

  • The main hall, empty, with afternoon sun falling across the polished timber floor
  • The Hub's kitchen, with a long preparation bench running the length of the room
  • The green at the Hub seen from above, mown and edged, with the hall alongside
  • The Trafalgar Park Community Hub and its green seen from the air, with the town behind

There’s always something happening at the Hub!

Throughout the week, our spaces are filled with people enjoying yoga, dance, dog training, croquet, fitness classes and more. Probus meets here, and our Health Links active over-65 classes help keep locals moving and connected. On the first Saturday of each month (except January), the Hub comes alive for the Trafalgar Farmers Market.

Whether you’re looking to join an activity, meet some new people or simply find out what’s happening in your community, there’s plenty to discover.

See our regular users and find out more about the groups and activities at the Hub.

This week at the Hub

Nothing on the calendar this week. The market is on the first Saturday of every month.

  • The hall dressed for a party, with a silver and purple balloon arch, fairy lights and a long table of food
  • Children meeting sheep from a visiting animal farm on the grass at the Hub, with families sitting nearby
  • Shoppers crowd the grass between two rows of blue, white and green marquees at the Trafalgar Farmers Market, with green hills behind
  • Party food laid out on a green tablecloth under the kitchen servery, with bunting and a number 3 balloon
  • Families with prams and small children gathered on the grass beside the Hub building on a sunny day
  • The hall set up for a children's party, with a fenced soft-play area and a ball pit
  • Plates of food and rows of glasses set out along the kitchen servery for a function
  • Aerial view of the farmers market filling the green at the Hub, with stalls around all four sides
